I'm Hema Tandon.
My journey into the world of gluten-free and wheat-free baking began with a deep sense of love, determination, and the unwavering desire to make life better for my son. When he was four years old, he was diagnosed with Celiac Disease (gluten intolerant). As a gluten-free and wheat-free bakery in northwest Austin, we serve the greater Austin area including Round Rock, Leander, Cedar Park, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill, specializing in creating safe, delicious baked goods for the celiac and gluten-free community.
Over the past six years, I've honed my skills, experimenting and perfecting my recipes, until the gluten-free and wheat-free versions weren't just "safe" - they were better. Better in taste, texture, and heart.
